The villa is situated in a private estate and consists of a living room with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, all opening onto the covered terrace. At this level, there are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
On the first floor, you'll find 2 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the master bedroom also features a balcony and a walk-in closet. All bedrooms have televisions.
On the lower level, there is a cinema and massage room.
In the large garden, there is a pool with a jacuzzi, a pool house, and a petanque court.
This villa is likely the only eco-friendly villa in St. Tropez! It is constructed with wood and an extremely efficient external wood wool insulation, complemented by strong internal insulation, resulting in:

• Significant reduction in CO2 during construction
