The villa is located halfway between the famous Place des Lices and Tahiti Beach.
The villa comes with a property manager/ concierge and a housekeeper from 8.00am for 6h30 7/7.
Ground Floor of the Main Villa:
Vestibule, cloakroom and guest toilet
2 Living rooms. Large bay window with an unobstructed Sea view of the Baie des Canoubiers. Dining room.

Equipped office, computer and laser printer, Library, patio access through a large bay window.
Bedroom 1 : Twin Bed (2 x 90cm) or Double Bed 180cm, with an ensuite bathroom and WC. Direct access to the garden overlooking the sea view and the bay of Canoubiers.
Bedroom 2 : Double Bed 180cm, with an ensuite bathroom and WC. Direct access to the garden on the pétanque side.
